本文根据试验研究资料,阐明火钻喷头参数对穿孔效率的影响。指出应用双喷嘴喷头和旋转式喷枪的火钻时,单位穿孔效率最佳。火钻的穿孔效率与喷出气流的功率和射程有直接关系,而气流功率和射程又取决于燃烧室的气流温度和压力以及喷头的结构。火钻喷头有喷嘴数量和方向之别,在燃烧室内压力固定的条件下,喷嘴临界截面的总面积,决定着每秒钟内向孔底喷射的高温超音速气流的流量。在气流具有破碎岩石能力的条件下,气流的射程或有效长度,对于获得所需的炮孔直径具有重要的意义。
Based on the experimental data, this paper clarifies the influence of the parameters of the drilled nozzle on the perforation efficiency. It is pointed out that the perforation efficiency of the unit is the best when using the double-nozzle nozzle and the rotary spray gun. The perforation efficiency of the fire drill is directly related to the power and range of the jet air flow, which in turn depends on the temperature and pressure of the air flow in the combustion chamber and the structure of the jet. The number and orientation of the nozzles for a fire drill are different. The total area of the critical cross section of the nozzle under a fixed pressure in the combustion chamber determines the flow rate of the high-temperature supersonic airflow jetted to the bottom of the hole per second. In the case of airflow with broken rock capabilities, the range or effective length of the airflow is of great importance for obtaining the required borehole diameter.
