目的:应用高效液相色谱技术,建立复方芪珠片中柯里拉京和虎杖苷含量同时测定的方法。方法:采用Allti-ma C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,流速为0.8 mL.min-1,梯度洗脱,DAD检测器,检测波长为280 nm(柯里拉京),303 nm(虎杖苷)。结果:柯里拉京在0.456~2.28 mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为100.37%,RSD=1.52%(n=6)。虎杖苷在0.116~0.58 mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 4,平均回收率为99.90%,RSD=0.22%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确,简单,快速,可用于复方芪珠片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of corilagin and polydatin in compound Qili tablets by HPLC. METHODS: Allti-ma C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water with a flow rate of 0.8 mL.min-1 and gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 280 nm Corilagin), 303 nm (polydatin). Results: Corilagin was linear in the range of 0.456-2.28 mg · mL-1, r = 0.999 8, with an average recovery of 100.37% and RSD = 1.52% (n = 6). Polydatin showed good linearity in the range of 0.116-0.58 mg.mL-1, r = 0.999 4, with an average recovery of 99.90% and RSD = 0.22% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple and rapid and can be used for quality control of Qizhu tablets.
