去年7月,合肥市面向全国公开选拔16名副县级领导干部,仅10天时间,就吸引了来自北京、上海等地千名“千里马”的热烈响应。近年来,合肥实施“人才强市”战略,创新引才机制,构建开放式招才引智“绿色通道”。每年都有100名高层次人才通过“绿色通道”进入合肥各个行业。同时,以企业需求为引才导向,逐年编制《合肥市重点项目、单位和工程人才需求目录》、《合肥市企业创新人才需求目录》,引导高层次人才向重点行业、重点地区和重点项目集聚。
