作者在文中通过对德国《基本法》中的“礼让国际法原则”的介绍阐述了《欧洲人权公约》与德国国内法的关系。此外,作者还着重介绍了欧洲人权法院的裁判在德国国内的效力。
In this article, the author elaborates the relationship between the “European Convention on Human Rights” and German domestic law through the introduction of “Principles of Polite International Law” in the German “Basic Law”. In addition, the author also highlighted the validity of the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in Germany.
