班主任是一个班级的引领者也是一个班级的管理者,对班级的班风建设、学习氛围营造以及整体成绩提升具有重要的作用。作为班主任,面临的学生群体会存在一定的差异,其在班级管理方面所采取的措施与方法也会会不同。所以,所带的班级与年级不同,班主任工作的侧重点应有所区别。为此,本文以高一年级班主任工作为例,在概述高一学生的特点及班级管理中易存在的问题的基础上,指出了提升高一班主任管理效果的策略,对其他班主任提升班级管理效果具有一定的借鉴价值。
