梁占岩,1956年出生,河北武强人。1978年师从周思聪、卢沉先生学习人物画。现为中国国家画院国画院副院长、院艺术委员会委员、文化部高职评审委员会委员、国家一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员。出版有《梁占岩画集》、《二十世纪下半叶中国画家——梁占岩》等五部专集。作品参加第六届、七届、八届、九届、十届、十一届全国美展。曾获1985年全国美展二等奖,1990年全国连环画金环奖,第一届全国中国画作品展最佳作品奖,第二届、三届全国画院作品展最佳作品奖。
Liang Zhanyan, born in 1956, Wuqiang people in Hebei. In 1978 teacher from Zhou Sicong, Mr. Lu Shen learning figure painting. Now he is the vice president of the Chinese Painting Academy, the member of the art committee, the member of the Higher Vocational Appraisal Committee of the Ministry of Culture, the artist at the national level and the member of the Chinese Artists Association. Published “Liang Zhan rock painting set”, “the second half of the twentieth Century Chinese painter - Liang Zhanyan” and other five albums. Works participated in the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, ten, eleven national art exhibition. He won the second prize of National Art Exhibition in 1985, the Golden Ring Award of National Comic Strip in 1990, the best prize of the first national painting exhibition in China and the best prize of the works of the second and third National Painting Academy.
