目的探讨福利院中大龄自闭症患儿如厕能力训练的方法和意义。方法采用离散式单元教学法、自然教学法、行事历等教学方法来帮助一个班的自闭症儿童学习如厕技能,养成良好生活习惯。结果经过半年的训练,这个班14名学生中,9名学生白天上课期间成功脱掉了纸尿裤,能自主排便。结论采用离散式单元教学法、自然教学法、行事历等教学方法,极大地提高了福利院中自闭症儿童的生活自理能力,从而大大减少了照护成本,帮孩子们建立了自信心,极大地改善了他们的生活质量。
Objective To explore the methods and significance of toilet training in children with autism in old age in welfare institutes. Methods Discrete unit teaching methods, natural teaching methods, calendar and other teaching methods to help a class of autistic children learn toilet skills, develop good habits. Results After six months of training, of the 14 students in this class, 9 students successfully took off their diapers during the day during classes and were able to defecate spontaneously.
