区域发展是否满足碳排放约束下的低碳发展要求是本研究的主题。在研究中,选定湖南省作为具体研究对象。通过指标确定、数据收集、数据处理、碳显含模型构建、时间序列模型构建、模型整体分析与研究等多个环节,不仅解答了湖南省现有的宏观经济发展之路是否满足碳排放约束下低碳发展这—问题,而且就湖南省如何实现碳排放约束下的低碳发展之路从理论层面、实证层面给出了宏观的、具体的转型路径。
Whether the regional development meets the low-carbon development requirements under the carbon emission constraint is the theme of this study. In the study, Hunan Province was selected as a specific research object. Through several aspects such as index determination, data collection, data processing, carbon content model building, time series model building and overall model analysis and research, it not only answers the questions of whether the existing macroeconomic development in Hunan Province meets the carbon emission constraint Low-carbon development of this - the problem, but also on how to achieve carbon emissions in Hunan Province under the path of low-carbon development from the theoretical level, the empirical level gives a macro-specific transformation path.
