《教育规划纲要》指出,要坚持以人为本,遵循教育规律,更加注重提高教育质量。教育工作应以提高教育质量为核心,切实抓好学校管理制度和工作机制,在完善教育质量监控上下工夫,把管理工作的重点聚焦到提高教育质量上来,把教育资源配置的重点集中到服务素质教育上来,在改革教学内容和教学方法上下工夫,在提高教师队伍素质、推动广大教师聚精会神教书育人上下工夫,充分发挥广大老师的积极性和创造性,立足当前与兼顾长远相结合,常规教学与实验教学相结合,从而促进学校的和谐发展与学生的健康成长。
