本文以高速公路工程建设为研究对象,通过文献归纳和经验总结提出高速公路工程建设特点,概括出项目运行过程中存在的复杂性、多样性、风险性和高度协调性。在研究相关理论的基础上,深入分析工程项目管理中的质量管理、成本管理、进度管理等要素,提出路项目管理优化对策,用以解决大型高速公路建设项目管理中存在的问题,对国内高速公路建设项目管理具有一定的参考作用,具有实际的指导意义。
