目的 :建立测定盐酸地尔硫芏卓 含量的新方法。方法 :采用酸碱双点电位滴定法。结果 :该法含量测定和药典法一致。结论 :该法具有所需仪器简单、测定快速、准确等特点 ,可作为盐酸地尔硫芏卓 的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a new method for the determination of diltiazem hydrochloride. Methods: Acid-base two-point potentiometric titration. Results: The method was consistent with the pharmacopoeial method. Conclusion: The method has the required equipment is simple, fast and accurate determination, etc., can be used as Diltiazem hydrochloride quality control methods.
