特殊教育教师是特殊教育的主要实施者,直接影响着特殊教育的发展水平。面对特殊教育学校入学对象的残疾程度越来越重,类型越来越多等新形势,加强建设一支具有专业知识与技能的高素质特殊教育教师队伍,成为我国特殊教育研究的重要内容。一、存在的问题通过对苏州地区7所小学特殊教育学校及200名小学特殊教师进行调查研究发现,当前苏州地区特教教师队伍专业发展现状不容乐观。
