在电力企业运行机制转变,而原有的绩效管理基础又相对比较薄弱的基础上,本文试图在原有的通用绩效管理模型的基础上,建立一套实用的有效的企业战略绩效管理框架模型。目标管理法、BSC法(平衡记分卡)和流程再造都是近年来流行于世界先进企业的管理方法,而对于它们结合应用的理论与实证研究相对较少。笔者根据在电力企业的认识,设计了三种方法结合使用的战略绩效管理模型。
Based on the change of operation mechanism of power enterprises and the relatively weak foundation of previous performance management, this paper attempts to establish a practical and effective model of enterprise performance management framework based on the existing common performance management model. Goals Management, BSC (Balanced Scorecard) and Process Reengineering are the most popular management methods in the advanced enterprises in the world in recent years, and there are relatively few theoretical and empirical studies on their combined application. Based on the knowledge of power enterprises, the author designs a strategic performance management model combining three methods.
