图1所示零件是我厂生产的立式加工中心刀库部件中转动分度机构的关键零件.供机械手自动选刀用。零件非常薄,而且各孔、槽等分精度要求高。它是一种薄型盘类难加工零件,我厂成功地完成该零件的加工。 1.加工工艺过程 (1)粗车各部留5~6mm余量,外圆至φ605。 (2)精车φ385H7至要求,b尺寸留1.8~2.2mm余量,车φ524外圆至φ600,倒角。 (3)平磨b尺寸两面留1.3~1.5mm余量。 (4)在铣床上,圆盘找正φ385H7孔,粗铣20—19H9槽至20—13,φ420尺寸至φ426,各槽长度为70。
The parts shown in Fig. 1 are the key parts of the rotary indexing mechanism in the vertical machining center tool magazine manufactured by our factory, which is used for automatic selection of manipulators.
