采用有限元法对冷轧薄板窄搭接压平焊缝接头力学行为进行了分析;根据平均Missess应力及位移场结果分别计算了相应的应力集中系数及强度因子K,着重考察了裂纹长度、裂纹与板面夹角及接头搭接量对应力集中系数尤其是对应力强度因子的影响.结果表明:裂纹长度和裂纹与板面夹角对应力场有较大影响而搭接量则几乎没有影响.随着裂纹长度的增加,裂纹与板面夹角的增大,应力集中系数与K增加.计算结果为焊接工艺优化及焊缝质量的判别提供了依据.
The mechanical behavior of cold-rolled thin-nipped flat-welded joints was analyzed by finite element method. The corresponding stress concentration factor and strength factor K were calculated according to the average Missess stress and displacement field results respectively. The crack length, Angle with the board and the amount of lap joint stress concentration factor, especially the impact of stress intensity factor. The results show that the crack length and the angle between the crack and the plate surface have a great influence on the stress field and the overlap amount has almost no effect. With the increase of crack length and the increase of the included angle between crack and plate, stress concentration coefficient and K increase. The results provide the basis for the optimization of welding process and the quality of weld.
