一个好的坐垫不仅有好的舒适性,而且还能控制臀部压力的分布,减少疾病的发生。根据不同人员臀部形状设计的个性化坐垫可提高座椅的舒适性,减少臀部压力。本文研究的目的是通过逆向工程,有效迅速地建立个性化臀部-坐垫的计算机辅助设计(CAD)模型。利用CAD建模数据,可以直接用数控机床加工个性化坐垫;可以通过有限元模拟人体臀部与坐垫界面的压力分布,分析座椅舒适性的影响因素。
