穴盘播种是穴盘育苗的关键技术及步骤,面向小规模大棚种植农户,设计了一种整盘对穴、气吸式穴盘育苗播种装置,该装置结构简单,成本低,容易推广。介绍了其结构及工作原理,设计并计算了吸种盘及其运动控制机构、排气落种系统结构及参数等。用甜瓜种子进行了性能试验,试验结果表明该播种装置能够实现整盘对穴,精确落种;当吸嘴与种子间距为0.5~1.0 mm时,吸种率可达到97%,满足穴盘育苗精量播种的要求。
Plug sowing is the key technology and steps of plug seedling raising. For small-scale greenhouse planting farmers, this paper designs a seed sowing device for whole tray, air-suction plug seedling. The device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and easy popularization. The structure and working principle are introduced. The sucking disk and its motion control mechanism are designed and calculated. The results showed that the sowing device could cut the whole tray to the hole and cut it accurately. When the distance between the nozzle and the seed was 0.5 ~ 1.0 mm, the inbreeding rate could reach 97% Precision sowing requirements.
