水泥混凝土的疲劳试验是一项耗资费时的工作,公路各部门均难以进行此项试验以得到适合本地区的疲劳方程。本文建议用恒定应力加速寿命试验法进行混凝土的疲劳试验,以达到节省费用和时间而又得到适用的疲劳方程的目的。恒定应力加速寿命试验是可靠性试验中的一种。在设计水泥混凝土路面时,国内外大多采用混凝土的疲劳寿命作为设计标准之一;我国设计规范采用疲劳方程就是用浙江省16个数据的回归结果。混凝土的疲劳强度是一个非常重要的力学参数,受很多因素的影响,单这16个数据未免难以代替全国各地的情况,为了在不过份耗资费时的情况下试验得到适合本地区用的疲劳方程,可用可靠性试验中的加速应力寿命试验的概念和方法;本文把恒定应力加速寿命试验结合国内外已有的试验结果予以介绍,供参考。
Fatigue testing of cement concrete is a time-consuming task that is difficult for every department in the highway to carry out this test in order to obtain a fatigue equation suitable for the region. In this paper, the fatigue test of concrete with constant stress accelerated life test is recommended in order to achieve the purpose of saving cost and time and obtaining the applicable fatigue equation. Constant stress accelerated life test is one of the reliability tests. In the design of cement concrete pavement, most of the domestic and foreign countries use the fatigue life of concrete as one of the design standards. The fatigue equation in China’s design code is the regression result of 16 data in Zhejiang Province. The fatigue strength of concrete is a very important mechanical parameter, which is affected by many factors. It is hard to replace 16 cases with all parts of the country. In order to test the fatigue equation suitable for the local area without too much cost, The concept and method of accelerated stress life test can be used in the reliability test. In this paper, the constant stress accelerated life test combined with the existing test results at home and abroad is introduced for reference.
