为使谢桥煤矿1232(3)工作面回风巷道围岩得到合理的支护,利用数值模拟方法研究该巷道在受二次采动影响时围岩的应力分布和移动变形规律。研究结果表明,支护体系应具有一定的可缩性并与围岩形成一个整体以适应巷道围岩的变形。巷道支护采用锚杆+锚索+金属网+钢带+喷射混凝土联合支护方式,监测结果表明,巷道两帮最大移近量350 mm,顶底板最大移近量560 mm,满足工作面的安全回采要求。
In order to reasonably support the surrounding rock of air return roadway in 1232 (3) working face of Xieqiao Coal Mine, the stress distribution and the movement and deformation law of the surrounding rock during the secondary mining are studied by numerical simulation method. The results show that the support system should have a certain retractability and form a whole with the surrounding rock to adapt to the deformation of surrounding rock roadway. The roadway support is supported by bolt + anchor + metal mesh + steel strip + shotcrete. The monitoring results show that the maximum displacement of the two gangways is 350 mm, and the maximum displacement of roof and floor is 560 mm, which meets the requirement of working face Safe mining requirements.
