刺五加是五加科植物，含有多种皂式和多糖，作用十分广泛，能增加组织对缺血缺氧的耐受性，可降低动脉血压，扩张血管，改善大脑供血。用于治疗缺血性脑血管病，效果良好。目前尚未见治疗脑出血的报道。笔者应用刺五加和羟乙基淀粉治疗脑出血57例，获良好效果，报道如下。1临床
