Historically, Kung Fu, China’s unique health care and treatment, has contributed to the development of world medicine and sports. In 1779, the French missionary J. M. Mimiot introduced the ancient Chinese sit-in in a memoir of “Kung Fu about Taoist priests”, demonstrating the subsequent rise of Swedish gymnastics. At the end of the nineteenth century, J.Dudgeon, an English doctor, published a book entitled Kung Fu or Medical Gymnastics, which introduced in detail the traditional Qigong and Baduanjin in our country, which attracted the attention of Western medical circles. In the 1980s, the topic of Qigong going to the world is before us. If we take a slightly expedition from the following three aspects, we can clearly see the great significance of making Qigong go to the world. First of all, Qigong can contribute to the health of human beings with its unique physiological effects and therapeutic effects. Especially in the stressful and stressful life of the modern West, qigong exercises enable practitioners to maintain a calm mood and relax their body and mind, Control many chronic diseases and geriatric diseases.
