初识河合优吉的作品是拉斯维加斯的“北京9号”面馆,这个受到众多设计杂志青睐的作品带有浓郁的中国特色。之后,来自design spirits的作品开始出现在亚洲的很多国家,也屡次获奖。河合优吉的作品并不局限于哪一种设计风格,但是大多有着东方的情结。这个腼腆的日本设计师还曾经学习过法律。在处理商业与设计的关系上,河合优吉还在努力摸索之间最佳的平衡点,但是我们已经能从他的设计作品中感受到他内心的精彩想法。
The first episode of Heihe Youji’s work is Las Vegas “Beijing No. 9 ” Noodle House, this work is favored by many design magazines with rich Chinese characteristics. Since then, works from design spirits began to appear in many countries in Asia and received numerous awards. The works of Kawai Yuki are not limited to which kind of design style, but mostly have oriental complex. This shy Japanese designer has also studied law. In dealing with the relationship between business and design, he is still struggling to find the best balance between the three, but we can already feel his inner thoughts from his design works.
