建立了用于温度传感器现场动态校准的激光负阶跃温度发生装置,并采用传感器动态校准实验数据处理方法,对BTS-100型PN结温度传感器进行了现场动态校准与性能改进的实验研究.实验结果表明,上述校准方法具有非介入、现场性强及校准精度高等特点,具有广阔的应用前景.
A laser negative step temperature generator for on-site dynamic calibration of temperature sensor was set up. The experimental data processing method of sensor dynamic calibration was used to study the dynamic calibration and performance improvement of BTS-100 PN junction temperature sensor. The experimental results show that the above calibration method has the characteristics of non-intervention, strong field and high calibration accuracy, and has broad application prospects.
