在新课程改革以前,学生以分排名次,老师以分评先进,学校以分定乾坤,真的是“分分学生的命根,考考老师的法宝”。言外之意受苦受累的不止是学生,教师在应试教育里成了迫害学生的罪魁祸首,弄得自己也苦不堪言。那么怎样才能不愧于人类灵魂工程师的美好称誉呢?现在推行新课程改革,实施素质教育,其主要指必须以学生为主体,必学尊重学生的主人翁地位和主体精神,使学生真正成为学习的主人。早在1919年著名教育家陶行知就主张
