The avian sarcoma virus transforming gene (Src) kinase family, a type of non-receptor protein tyrosine kinases (nrTPKs), has been reported to play roles in cell growth, division, migration, adhesion, the immune response, and signal transduction between cells [1,2].The Src family kinases can be divided into three subfamilies based on their conserved domains: SrcA subfamily (Src, Yes, Fyn, and Fgr), SrcB subfamily (Lck, Hck, Blk, and Lyn), and Frk subfamily [3].Lyn, belonging to subfamily B, was first discovered in humans as a yes-related protooncogene.Lyn plays a unique role in CD19 and CD22 phosphorylation, which can positively and negatively regulate B cell receptor (BCR) signaling, respectively.Although Lyn is a key molecule for initiating signaling pathways such as MAPK and calcium mobilization, both of which play key roles in B-cell acnvarion and proliferation, it perhaps plays a more important role in modulating signal strength by regulating co-receptors such as CD19 and CD22 [4].
