一、现状和特点随着党的对外开放政策的深入贯彻实施,河北省外商投资企业有了较快的发展。到1990年底,全省投产和在建外商投资企业已达322户,其中投产营业160户,分别比上年增长42048%和75.82%;投资总额40.1亿元,其中协议外资14.9亿元,分别比上年增长26.19%和24.45%;实际总投资20.2亿元,其中实际利用外资5.34亿元,分别比上年增长78.09%和45.15%。河北省外商投资企业的主要特点是“四多”、“四少”。“四多”是:①

The actual total investment was 2.02 billion yuan, of which foreign investment actually utilized was 534 million yuan, an increase of 78.09% and 45.15% over the previous year respectively.
