目的比较彝族与汉族健康相关行为,为改善该地区人群生活方式和提高健康水平提供建议。方法采用分层抽样的方法,在彝族居住聚集地和非彝族居民聚集地一共抽取486例居民进行横断面调查。结果彝族原住民喝肉汤和饮酒的比例高于汉族;彝族原住民的膳食结构比汉族居民更不合理,彝族原住民谷类、油脂类的摄入量有高于汉族的趋势,汉族居民肉类、鱼虾类、奶类、蛋类、蔬菜类和水果类的摄入量有高于彝族的趋势。结论凉山州彝族原住民的生活方式与汉族可能存在一定差异,建议进一步扩大样本量,提高检验效能。
Objective To compare the health behaviors of Yi and Han nationality and to provide suggestions for improving the life style and improving the health level of the population in this area. Methods By stratified sampling method, a total of 486 residents were surveyed in a cross-sectional survey of the gathering places of Yi and non-Yi residents. As a result, the proportion of indigenous people drinking broth and drinking was higher than that of Han nationality. The diet structure of indigenous people of Yi nationality was more unreasonable than that of Han nationality. The intake of cereal and fat of indigenous people of Yi nationality was higher than that of Han nationality. The intake of fish and shrimp, milk, eggs, vegetables and fruits is higher than that of Yi. Conclusion There may be some differences between the living styles of Yi people in Liangshan Prefecture and Han nationality. It is suggested to further expand the sample size and improve the test efficiency.
