近年来,京津冀协同发展上升到了国家的战略地位,是我国经济转型升级发展需要的组成部分,而充分借力资本市场,加强金融对协同发展的引领和推动将是一条可行的路径。而多层次资本市场的发展更是关乎资本市场能够顺利起到助推器作用的关键,本文从当前京津冀三地多层次资本市场发展现状出发,说明了当前发展多层次资本市场的必要性,同时针对京津冀三者不同的地位提出适合发展的多层次资本市场方向。
In recent years, the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has risen to a strategic position of the country and is an integral part of China’s economic restructuring and development. It is a feasible path to leveraging on capital markets and strengthening the guidance and promotion of coordinated development of finance. The development of multi-level capital market is also the key to the smooth functioning of the capital market as a booster. Based on the current multi-level capital market development in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this article illustrates the necessity of developing a multi-level capital market At the same time, aiming at the different status of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper proposes the multi-level capital market suitable for development.
