在分析防爆阀工作原理的基础上,通过对液压系统进行摸底测试,发现造成挖掘机斗杆液压缸渗漏液压油的主要原因是斗杆液压缸有杆腔存在异常压力波动。结合挖掘机主控阀杆开启特性曲线和防爆阀工作原理,对该压力异常波动进行分析,并通过测试验证分析的正确性。通过调整防爆阀中通断阀的工作压力,使其与斗杆阀杆开启压力相匹配,从而解决了斗杆液压缸渗漏液压油问题。对于防爆阀的选型具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of the explosion-proof valve, the hydraulic system is thoroughly tested and found that the main reason for the hydraulic oil leakage in the arm cylinder of the excavator is the abnormal pressure fluctuation in the rod chamber of the arm hydraulic cylinder. Combined with the opening characteristic curve of the main control valve of the excavator and the working principle of the explosion-proof valve, the abnormal pressure fluctuation is analyzed, and the correctness of the analysis is verified by the test. By adjusting the working pressure of the on-off valve in the explosion-proof valve to match with the opening pressure of the stem of the stick, the hydraulic oil leakage problem of the stick cylinder is solved. For the selection of explosion-proof valve has a certain significance.
