目的讨论红外偏振光照射结合运动训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取50例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分成两组,均给予红外偏振光照射治疗,观察组患者在此基础上配合运动训练,治疗一个疗程后对两组患者进行疗效比较。结果治疗一个疗程后,两组VAS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组;膝关节Lequesne评分显示结合运动训练的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者在红外偏振光照射治疗中结合运动训练能够明显提高治疗效果,促进膝关节功能恢复,值得临床应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of infrared polarized light irradiation combined with exercise training on knee osteoarthritis. Methods Fifty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were treated with polarized infrared light irradiation. The patients in the observation group were trained on the basis of the exercise training. After one course of treatment, the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment for one course of treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The knee joint Lequesne score showed that the combined exercise training was superior to the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusions Patients with knee osteoarthritis combined with exercise training in the treatment of infrared polarized light can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of knee joint function, which is worthy of clinical application.
