早晨是一天生活的开始,早晨锻炼,可使大脑由抑制状态转为兴奋状态,为一天工作和学习做好身体准备。同时,早晨空气较新鲜,污染较少,温度适宜,负氧离子浓度高,对身体有益。但晨练须讲究科学性,才能收到好的效果。早晨起床后,锻炼前,先喝杯新鲜的凉开水(或温开水),淡盐水更好。这样可降低血液浓度,使血液循环加速,促进废物排泄;还可降低血压,预防心血管疾病。运动时,水在胃肠中能起到冲洗排毒的作用。晨练应选择空气新鲜的地方,如公园、林间、田野等。要尽量避开炉灶、烟囱和废气污染的地方。有车辆经过较多的公路,也不是理想的晨练场所。不要在晨雾中锻炼,因为雾气中含有大量的酸、碱、盐、胺、酚、
