本文通过对天生桥电站分瓣定子机座工地组装时测量尺寸的研究，首次总结出了有关机座组装测量数学模型，并经实践验证了数学模型的可行性。在工地焊接过程中用网、表和曲线法标注重点控制尺寸公差动态变化趋势，为指导工地机座焊接提供了良好的监控方法。
In this paper, Tianshengqiao Hydropower station stator seat at the site when the assembly of the measurement size of the study for the first time summed up the mat assembly measurement mathematical model, and proven by the mathematical feasibility of the model. In the process of site welding, the trends of dynamic changes of dimensional tolerances are marked with the mesh, the table and the curve method, which provides a good monitoring method for guiding the machine frame welding.
