目的:总结分析全面流程管理在急诊护理管理中的应用方法及应用效果。方法:分析医院急诊科应用全面流程管理前后的急诊护理效果。结果:实施全面流程管理前后,患者急诊登记时间、留院观察登记时间、患者服务满意度、护理人员满意度等方面存在较大差异(P<0.05)。结论:急诊护理中应用全面流程管理,能够缩短患者急诊所需时间,提高急救成功率,提高患者及护理人员的满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize and analyze the application method and effect of comprehensive process management in emergency nursing management. Methods: To analyze the effect of emergency nursing before and after the application of full-process management in the emergency department of the hospital. Results: There was a significant difference (P <0.05) in patient registration time, hospital registration time, patient service satisfaction and nursing staff satisfaction before and after the implementation of comprehensive process management. Conclusion: The application of comprehensive process management in emergency care can shorten the time required for emergency patients, improve the success rate of emergency and improve the satisfaction of patients and nurses.
