目的结合动态血压监测技术(ABPM)综合评价氨氯地平5mg/d对轻、中、重度高血压病的降压效应、靶器官受损逆转情况及用药安全性。方法结果用药后降压总有效率为91.4%,不伴有心率改变及血压昼夜周期节律的改变。治疗前后心脏超声心动图对照检查发现,高血压病人中血压周期变化节律紊乱者的左室肥厚发生率高于正常节律者。短期应用氨氯地平能够部分降低左室重量指数,揭示其长期应用逆转左室肥厚的可能性。氨氯地平还可以改善胰岛素抵抗状态,表现在治疗后空腹胰岛素水平明显低于治疗前。另外,相关实验室检查未观察到氨氯地平对肝、肾功能及血脂、血糖、电解质等有不良影响;病人服药后副作用轻微且发生率较其他钙离子拮抗剂为低(11.4%),病人可以很好耐受。
Objective To evaluate the antihypertensive effects of amlodipine 5mg / d on mild, moderate and severe hypertension, target organ damage reversal and drug safety in combination with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). In addition, the relevant laboratory tests did not observe amlodipine liver and kidney function and blood lipids, blood glucose, electrolytes and other adverse effects; patients with minor side effects and the incidence of calcium antagonists than other low (11.4%) , The patient can be well tolerated.
