目的:本实验通过观察健脾壮胃汤对脾虚证大鼠的一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响,探讨健脾壮胃汤抗胃黏膜损伤的作用机制。方法:将雌性大鼠用苦寒泻下法和饮食控制法,建立大鼠实验性胃黏膜损伤模型,观察健脾壮胃汤对胃黏膜损伤的影响,并测定NO、SOD、MDA含量。结果:与脾虚模型组相比,正常对照组、健脾壮胃汤治疗组和西医治疗组大鼠的NO、SOD含量明显高于模型组,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);大鼠的MDA含量明显低于模型组,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:健脾壮胃汤具有保护脾虚大鼠胃黏膜的作用,其机理可能与影响体内NO、SOD、MDA水平有关。
Objective: The purpose of this experiment was to observe the effects of Jianpi Zhuwei Decoction on nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in rats with spleen deficiency syndrome, Mucosal injury mechanism of action. Methods: The rat model of gastric mucosa injury was established by taking bitter cold diarrhea method and diet control method. The effects of Jianpi Zhuwei Decoction on gastric mucosal damage were observed. The content of NO, SOD and MDA were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the content of NO and SOD in the normal control group, Jianpi Zhuwei Decoction group and the western medicine treatment group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P <0.01) MDA content was significantly lower than the model group, there was a very significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: Jianpi Zhuwei Decoction can protect gastric mucosa in rats with spleen deficiency. Its mechanism may be related to the effects of NO, SOD and MDA in the body.
