我们山西洪洞县有很多电站,由于没有磁场变阻器,在长期运行中感到很不便利,使发电机的转速和激磁电流不能配合,在低转速下电压即升至额定值。以及激磁电流很大,一则发电机容易发热,二则影响电动机启动。特别在电机和外线发生了故障时,不好处理,只有关闭进水闸。目前变阻器暂时供不应求,即便买到也不合适,往往是电阻太大。若稍调动一点,发电机就产生灭磁现象,影响生产。为了解决这一困难,我们参考了河南等省的经验,试制成功了铁丝变阻器。经过使用,性能良好,价值便宜。现将制作和使用情况介绍如下:电阻器原材料采用18号铁丝绕制成内直径17毫米的螺旋形,固定触点和可动触点,利用废换相器代替即可。变阻丝的绕制是用
