本文报告了二羟基乙二肟可诱发大鼠体细胞、小鼠初级精母细胞的染色体畸变,使小鼠精子畸形率升高,抑制小鼠骨髓细胞的 DNA 合成。但 Ames 试验和小鼠骨髓细胞 SCE 试验为阴性。组织学检查发现,睾丸曲细精管内生精细胞层次稍紊乱,易见多核巨细胞.上述表明,二羟基乙二肟对哺乳动物体细胞和雄性生殖细胞有明显致突变作用。
This paper reports that dihydroxyethyleneglyoxime can induce chromosome aberrations in rat somatic cells and primary spermatocytes in mice and increase the sperm deformity in mice and inhibit the DNA synthesis in mouse bone marrow cells. However, Ames test and mouse bone marrow SCE test was negative. Histological examination showed that the seminiferous tubules of the seminiferous tubules were slightly disordered and easy to see multinucleated giant cells.The above results indicated that dihydroxyethyleneglyoxime had obvious mutagenic effects on mammalian somatic cells and male germ cells.
