本文综述粘膜抗生素肽的研究进展及其应用前景展望。1 粘膜抗生素肽的研究进展 自90年代初发现爪蟾上皮细胞小分子抗菌肽Magainins以来,迄今已从牛气管粘膜纤毛柱状上皮细胞、牛舌鳞状上皮细胞、人肾小管上皮细胞、人皮肤上皮细胞等发现了β-防御素分子家族。从多种哺乳动物小肠隐凹Paneth细胞发现了α-防御素。我们的研究显示哺乳动物(包括人)膀胱粘膜亦存在抗菌多肽。
