在分析矿岩散体颗粒粒径组成的基础上,通过室内放矿试验探讨细小颗粒穿流的变化规律,并提出了注浆和“造团”两种细小颗粒穿流控制方法,研究结果表明:1放矿过程中具有非常明显的细小颗粒的穿流作用,穿流量随着放出高度基本呈现抛物线形状的变化规律,在废石覆盖层条件下的放矿矿石贫化率高且损失率大;2采用注浆和“造团”技术可以有效的减小废石混入和细小颗粒的穿流作用;3注浆体稳固性受到下部矿石流动的影响,下部形成漏斗空腔时注浆体发生断裂破坏,造成大量废石混入;4“造团”条件下的放矿更利于矿岩散体的整体流动,在该条件下的放出体比注浆条件下的放出体更为规则且体积更大,较注浆条件下获得更好的放矿指标.
