依托淮水、大运河而兴的淮安文化是被水浸泡的文化。因而水文化遗存和遗迹遍布淮安大地。这些得天独厚的文化资源成为淮安文化产业开发的天然条件。而文化资源不仅具有地域性特征,还具有潜在性特征。所以,需要梳理、整合、挖掘,当然更需要研究、开发。通过推动规模经营、跨界文化融合等的阐述,以彰显淮安地域文化的特色,促使淮安地方特色文化产业找到适合的路径快速发展。
Relying on Huai River, Grand Canal and the development of Huaian culture is soaked in water. Thus hydrological relics and relics throughout the Huaian earth. These unique cultural resources have become the natural conditions for the development of Huaian cultural industries. However, cultural resources not only have regional characteristics, but also have latent characteristics. Therefore, we need to sort out, integrate and excavate, of course, more research and development.
