社会及体育教育事业的发展对体育教师的素质提出了更高的要求,传统的培养体育教师的方式及现阶段体育教师的师资现状已不适应未来社会发展的趋势。体育教师教育已成为当前改革中急需解决的新课题,在体育教师教育过程中要实现体育教师教育观、体育教师教育的发展观及体育教师发展空间的改变和整合。
The development of social and physical education causes higher demands on the quality of physical education teachers. The traditional way of training physical education teachers and the status quo of physical education teachers at present are no longer suitable for the future social development. The education of physical education teachers has become a new topic urgently needed to be solved in the current reform. In the process of physical education teacher’s education, it is necessary to realize the concept of physical education teacher, the development concept of physical education teacher and the change and integration of physical education teacher’s development space.
