一、制订依据、目的及过程本标准是根据第一机械工业部(63)机技字4602号文,下达“关于1964~1965年国家标准和部标准制定计划(草案)的通知”20040项“焊缝X射线质量检验方法及评级标准”的规定而制订。制定本标准的目的,是由于我国工业产品的种类日益增多,焊缝X射线检验的要求不一,需要建立一个通用性的多级标准,以满足各方面的需要。目前各单位采用的苏联FOCT 20019-38三级评分制标准,实际上只有一个通过级别,且内容不够具体,各厂理解不一,而往往执行过严。另外,该标准又有某些缺点,如对于气孔的要求过严。但又允许存在深度为母材厚度的15%、长度不限的单面根部未焊透。因此该标准不能满足发展的需要。

In addition, the standard has some shortcomings, such as stomatal requirements too strict. However, it is permissible to have a depth of 15% of the thickness of the base metal, and any length of one-sided root is not welded. Therefore, the standard can not meet the needs of development.
