The Basic Connotation of the Controlling Power of State-owned Economy The controlling power of the socialist state-owned economy refers to the state-owned economy as a kind of social and economic power to regulate and control the entire national economy and is the fundamental guarantee for the leading role of the state-owned economy and the status of the mainstay of public ownership.
