袋栽黑木耳,往往开袋不出耳或只出一批耳,甚至出现耳基腐烂整袋报废。为此,我们选用了AUP 781菌株(引自三明真菌所)为试材,对影响耳芽发生的有关因子做了一些探索性试验观察,现将结果简报于下。 (一)培养料的影响培养料分三组:A棉籽壳+木屑;B细木屑;C粗木屑。各30袋,在同等条件下培养30天,发菌后于5月20日每袋开8个孔。观察结果是:A组因料富弹性,透气性好,菌丝生长丰满,抗杂菌
