在高节点数大容量现场工业总线组网技术的基础上,研究了一种基于CAN总线、Modbus协议及iFIX软件的综采工作面集成系统,实现对综采工作面各设备节点的集成监测、远程通信及Web远程发布。介绍了各设备节点分布结构、系统环网组成、远程通信技术及iFIX的相关配置。
Based on the high nodes’ number of large-capacity on-site industrial bus networking technology, an integrated system of fully mechanized mining face based on CAN bus, Modbus protocol and iFIX software is studied to realize the integrated monitoring of all equipment nodes in fully mechanized coal mining face, Remote communication and Web remote publishing. The distribution structure of each device node, the composition of the system ring network, the remote communication technology and the related configuration of iFIX are introduced.
