由华东冶金学院朱凯荪等完成的冶金部科研项目“二步熔融还原中加速流态化还原过程研究”,于1991年3月11日通过由冶金部组织的专家鉴定委员会的成果鉴定。鉴定认为,二步熔融还原炼铁法,将铁精矿粉用流态化法进行预还原是国际上正在研究开发的新流程之一。本研究项目取得的主要成果是: 1.建立了赤铁矿粉加速流态化还原的基本工艺技术:用流化床还原尾气对矿粉进行附碳处理,再进行流化床预还原。试验证明,5%的附碳处理量就能提高还原速度3~6
By the East China Institute of Metallurgy Zhu Kai-sun and other metallurgical completion of the scientific research project “two-step reduction of molten steel to restore the process of reduction”, on March 11, 1991 by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Organization Committee identified the identification of the results. It is concluded that the two-step smelting reduction ironmaking method and the pre-reduction of iron ore concentrate powder by fluidization method are one of the new processes that are being researched and developed internationally. The main achievements obtained in this research project are as follows: 1. The basic process technology for accelerating the fluidized reduction of hematite powder is established: the carbon powder is treated with the fluidized bed reduction tail gas to carry out the pre-reduction of the fluidized bed. Experiments show that 5% of carbon handling capacity can increase the reduction rate of 3 to 6
