选用了三种铸铁基材和四种合金粉末,考察了激光能量密度(q)以及各种基材与合金粉末搭配时对熔覆裂纹的作用。建立了一种定量评判基材与粉末材料相容性的公式,由该公式可计算出湿润角。和q是控制裂纹形成与否的两个重要原因。
Three kinds of cast iron substrates and four kinds of alloy powders were selected, and the laser energy density (q) and the effect of various base materials and alloy powders on cladding cracks were investigated. A formula was established to quantitatively evaluate the compatibility between the substrate and the powder material. From this formula, the wetting angle can be calculated. And q are two important reasons for controlling the formation of cracks.
