目的:评价壳聚糖-壳聚糖季铵盐/甘油磷酸(CS-HTCC/GP)温敏水凝胶对3种牙周常见致病菌的体外抑菌活性。方法:采用琼脂扩散法测定CS-HTCC/GP温敏水凝胶对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌和伴放线放线杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和抑菌环直径。采用SPSS13.0软件包对数据进行t检验。结果:CS-HTCC/GP温敏水凝胶对牙周常见致病菌—牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌和伴放线放线杆菌均有较强的抑菌活性。与抗菌剂联合后,无论是水凝胶基质还是抗菌剂,抑菌活性均明显增强。结论:CS-HTCC/GP温敏水凝胶不仅作为药物载体参与组成局部药物释放系统,同时作为活性因子参与抑菌过程。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of chitosan-chitosan quaternary ammonium salt / glycerophosphate (CS-HTCC / GP) thermosensitive hydrogels against three common periodontal pathogens. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and bacteriostasis ring diameter of CS-HTCC / GP thermosensitive hydrogels against P. gingivalis, Prevotella intermedia and Actinobacillus actinobacillus were determined by agar diffusion method. SPSS13.0 software package for t test data. Results: CS-HTCC / GP hydrogel had strong antibacterial activity against common periodontal pathogens, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Prevotella intermedia and Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans. Combined with antibacterial agents, both the hydrogel matrix and antibacterial agents, the antibacterial activity were significantly enhanced. Conclusion: CS-HTCC / GP thermosensitive hydrogel not only acts as a drug carrier in the formation of a local drug delivery system, but also participates in the antibacterial process as an active factor.
