建设学习型基层党组织既是我党应对国内外重大挑战的必然要求;也是我党实现全面建设小康社会目标、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的必然要求;更是我党永葆先进性、提高党的执政能力的必然要求。学习型基层党组织建设过程中存在两大认识误区,需要对其错误根源有一个清醒的认识。建设学习型基层党组织需要树立先进的学习理念、建立规范的学习制度、创新学习内容与形式。
