前一段时间,新闻媒体对我国的流脑疫情报道较多,这充分反映了人们健康意识的增强。但与此同时,个别媒体报道流脑出现了“暴发”、“流行”、“疫区”等,也是不客观、不符合事实的。综合分析一系列数据表明,我国当前流脑的发病趋势基本平稳:2001～2004年全国每年的流脑病例数分别为2250例、2551例、2535例、2698例。从全球范围看,我国目前流脑的发病率稳定在0.2／10万左右,比一些欧美国家的发病率都低。面对社会普遍关注的安徽等省发生的局部地区流脑疫情,疫情不会出现大面积集中暴发,当前我国流脑疫惰处于平稳常态。
Some time ago, the news media reported more about the epidemic of meningitis in our country, which fully reflected the enhancement of people’s health awareness. In the meantime, however, individual media reports that “outbreaks”, “epidemics” and “epidemic areas” of meningitides are not objective and not in conformity with the facts. Comprehensive analysis of a series of data shows that the current trend of the current epidemic of meningitis in China is basically stable: from 2001 to 2004, the annual number of meningitis cases were 2250, 2551, 2535 and 2698 respectively. Globally, the incidence of meningitis in our country is currently stable at about 0.2 / 100,000, which is lower than that of some European and American countries. Faced with the widespread meteorological outbreaks in some areas in Anhui and other provinces where the society is generally concerned, there will be no major outbreaks of epidemics. At present, the epidemic of epidemic encephalitis in our country is in a steady state.
